When you find yourself visiting the bar and/or toilet in that bar at the same time as another patron (i.e. More than once)

When both parties realise, a knowing nod may occur, silent affirmation that they have become synchronised in their drinking. Drinchronised.

Me: That's the third time I've been to the bar at the same time as that beardey fella over there.

Mate: You and beardey are drinchronised. You'll be in the pisser at the same time soon.
