Nonetheless, Doxop is part of Anonymous with the set of skills of hacking someone's private information and uses it against them. He doesn't have any FBI friends, its a scheme he uses to tell people how he discovers other people. Hes just a hacker that steal information about individuals he targets. Basically, a common thief.
