Donorrhoea

A medical affliction characterised by some, or all, of the following symptoms:

Rash (statements or actions),
Forgetfulness,
Uncontrolled outbursts and incoherent rambling,
Increased sensitivity to criticism,
The urge to Tweet more than usual,
Inability to distinguish the imaginary world from the real,
Vile smelling discharge at the opening of your mouth,
Pain and/or swelling in one or both of your faces.

"Wow, the guy in charge is an absolute moron"; "Yeah - he is, but have some sympathy, he has a really bad case of donorrhoea"

The sick, dusgusting filth coming from Cadet Bonespur's mouth is best described as Donorrhea discharge.
