The underside of the boat nearest to the anchor. Called a Dockflop because in 1765 Captain Brainse flopped his boat because his anchor got wrapped around what is now known as the "Dockflop"

Noun. An insult that suggests someone is weak or unreliable by comparing them to a flaccid or floppy penis.

Jimmy: I can't make it out tonight mate, I've got a film night planned.
Mitch: You're such a dickflop dude.
