Ditchhiker

(noun). A friend or aquaintance who brown noses a ride to a special event, concert, party, etc., then disappears as soon as they get there.

"Did you come here alone?"
"No, I picked up a ditchhiker, and if I don't see them in 5, I'm going to leave em here."
