Disemployed

Disemployed: a more sophisticated way of saying you got fired, let off, or lost your previous job for one reason or another.

Different from "unemployed" which means one is currently in a state of not having a job.

I have to find another job––I was just disemployed.

I'm sorry, but we're cutting back on wasteful resources, so I'm going to have to disemploy you.

Not quite funemployed. Underemployed or not having enough hours but not caring and having a good time.

I'm fun-deremployed - I'm down to ten hours a week but don't care.
