A corrupt cop, usually abusing authority or taking parts in illegal activities.

Chief of Police: Everytime Officer Meekins arrests some big-time gangbanger they have no cash on them, I think he takes the cash, he's probably a dirty cop.

dirty cops

a police officer who finds a dirty used condom from a male prostitute that's been in the anus of a male whore. Then scrapes the semen out of it, found in dirty rest stop bathroom in Mexico and then spreads it on his face like he thinks Rambo would.

Like the dirty cops of C. springs, they wear like a badge of honor don't wipe it off until it wears off.

Soil Technician. Someone who does quality control in the construction industry. Tester/Inspector of grading and earthwork during residential and commercial developing.
