*a friend that is willing to babysit is a most because you aren't liable for anything that happens. e.g. excessive spending, talking to bums, falling in the middle of traffic.

A warning directed to entities incorporated in Delaware to avoid fallong victim to the never ending attorneys' fees charged by favored insiders of the Delaware bar who endlessly litigate immaterial matters in Chancery Court before judges with whom they maintain personal relationships.

Corporate America has been delawarned that because law is a cottage industry in Delaware entities should chose other states for their home.
