1) Used Tampon. Because of the string's resemblance to a candle wick, and where it has been.
2) An extra strong word to use to describe or call someone who you hate.

1) "Gross, some lady missed the trash bin and left her CUNTWICK on the floor."
2) "Dammit! Some CUNTWICK backed into my car and didn't leave a note!"
