Infesibley large nares; often stretched through brain picking activity.
Common in the costa variety; particulary fine examples shown in those displaying other Greek features such as the 'mono-brow'.
Particular party tricks include 'how many corks can I fit up my nose'?

"Oi Bruv, have you seen the Costrils on that geezer"?
