Coolissimo

Very cool, the most cool, and extremely cool. The word is a hybrid of the English adjective 'cool' and the Italian suffix '-issimo' for 'extremely, most, very'. It is pronounced 'cool-I-see-moh'.

word cool. Taken from the word cool and incorporated the spanish
adjective ilisimo (refelection of the importance of the word cool).
In extreme measures the word may be as flexible as possible to define
more coolness.
