Coolisimo 

Something or someone far beyond the comprehensive definiton of the
word cool. Taken from the word cool and incorporated the spanish
adjective ilisimo (refelection of the importance of the word cool).
In extreme measures the word may be as flexible as possible to define
more coolness.

Random Person: Did you see the ring on that girl's hand?
Answer: I know, it is Coolisimo.

Random Person: Can you throw the trash out?
Answer: Coolisimo!
