Contrastograph

A contrastograph is a paragraph that gives differences between two people, places, or ideas. The contrastograph takes the main ideas of the two things being contrasted and puts them into one paragraph.
Example of a Contrastograph
The north was against the institution of slavery, while the south needed slaves in their plantations because they werecrucial to the economy of the south.
