A term used by semi drivers to describe Interstate 95 through Prince George's County, Maryland. Drivers do not yield coming up the on-ramps, they tailgate like crazy, they never check their mirrors, and play havoc with the big rigs. The entire Washington Beltway used to be called Ring Around The Congo.
What's your twenty, driver?

I be on the inner loop of the Congo Bypass at mile 7.
