Clyatine

Clyatine is a powdery substance created by Electro Tech Laboratories in 2017 by Garrett Sliwinski and Kathryn Hurmill. This powdery substance is put into 9mm bullets by Electro Tech Laboratories instead of gun powder and then typically sold to the US military. Clyatine is more reactive than gunpowder therefore incredibly increasing the bullets speed and accuracy.
