Cholmondelling

Pronounced "chum-ling". Inventing detailed rules of etiquette out of whole cloth in an attempt to help people put on airs, or to put them on oneself. From a 1980s magazine advert purporting to show how best to consume certain fashionable wafery mints. A sad waste of what often could have been a brilliant imagination. May be intended satirically, although never of course taken that way by devoted etiquette freaks.

Cholonian

This is the same definition as Cholo, (see below), however the Cholonian being retired, or not seen frequently by many people.

A cholo is term implying a Hispanic male that typically dresses in chinos (khahki pants), a wifebeater sleeveless teeshirt or a flannel shirt with only the top buttoned, a hairnet, or with a bandana around the forehead, usually halfway down over the eyes. Cholos often have black ink tattoos, commonly involving Catholic imagery, or calligraphy messages or family names.

He was once a Cholonian and cruised the streets in his low rider.

If you're a Chopong than you're definitely a very sweet guy. Chopong is someone who out of frustration and anger may say things that are rude but never means it. He is patient to the people he loves and sometimes maybe in ignorant about the little things but that doesn't define his true feelings.
