Chlo'ee is the girl you meet that you will regret not taking a chance on. She is charismatic, sweet, funny, and always happy. She burdens herself with the troubles of others, and never gossips about anything. She is someone you can fall back on at the hardest of times. She is very easy to love, and loving her is one of the best things you can do for her. She is the best friend you will probably ever have.
