A Chelssy is a weird artistic girl who has a lot more going for her than she realizes. She's one of those rare people who asks you whats going on & actually means it. She's that weird ass friend you love to death while still managing to make you want to strangle her on occasion. She's the one who'll try to make you believe everythings OK just because she doesn't want to ruin your day. But she's also human & makes mistakes. A Chelssy is one of those few friends you should hold on to & never let go.

When one, while consuming alcohol, continues to keep drinking in excessive amounts, all in a short period of time, because they believe that they are perfectly fine and nowhere near being drunk.
