Cat Fool 

When your cat acts stupid or does something gay. He is then being a cat fool.

People can also be cat fools when they do stupid things.

Why's the cat in the kitchen sink? Because he's a cat fool!

Cat is sitting in the laundry pile, you say to him, "hi you cat fool".

Garry, you're a cat fool.

somone who dresses or acts like he/she is a fool alot.

if someone were to spray a half can of ax on they would be a fool cat. Or you could say it smells like a fool cat in here.
