Caroluta 

A type of prostitute originating from Catalonia, Spain. A Caroluta, usually female, pretends to be unaware that she is a woman of ill repute when questioned about it, yet all her friends really know what kind of shady lady she really is.

Man 1: Oh look at that respectable young woman originating from Catalonia over there. I think I'm going to try and get her number!

Man 2: No way Jose! She's a total Caroluta!

Carolitas 

A disease which causes large boils to form on the breasts. The boils then weep a purple puss for days on end before turning black, at which point the explode causing extensive tissue damage.

They arise from excessive manual handling of the breasts and are widespread in Sligo.

Uuuh.... that minger has Carolitas... Put your bits back in love, before i spray chunks....
