One who has lived or spent sufficient time in The Golden State to have been indoctrinated, conditioned, accustomed, habituated, etc., to the mind set, idiosyncrasies, peculiarities, moral attributes or lack thereof, etc., of that region's ethics, cultures, standards, etc.
After he had come home from 2 years of trying to make a name for himself in Hollywood, all of his family and friends could tell he had been californified beyond any hope of restoration to his previous wholesome, caring, selfless self.
