C418, real name Daniel Rosenfeld, is best known for composing the soundtrack for the indie game Minecraft. Born in Germany, his real age is unknown, but according to his YouTube channel, he is 25 years old. He has also released an album of Minecraft's official soundtrack, known as Volume Alpha. As well as being the author of Minecraft's soundtrack, he also has produced other albums, such as "72 Minutes of Fame", and "Seven Years of Server Data", which are both available at his Bandcamp site

The original maker of all Minecraft sounds and soundtracks. 13 of the 16 music discs were written by him. Mojang later hired other people to help make the sounds of Minecraft. Something less known about C418 is that his cat made the sounds for the Ghast. I know. Creepy.
