One who lives his or her life based upon the advice of online lists and other online lifestyle pieces authored by writers on websites such as (but not limited to) elitedaily.com, buzzfeed.com, and thoughtcatalog.com.
Jimmy: Did you see that Rhonda decided to travel to Spain instead of getting a real job?

Lester: Yeah. Not sure why she did that. She just graduated from an expensive four-year college. She had hardly any money.

Jimmy: She spent her last $1200 on the trip. Classic buzzturd.

Someone who uses a lot of buzzwords to make them self sound like a leader in a field when really they have little or nothing to actually do with anything they talk about. Consultants and Marketers usually fall into this field but sometimes there are people who should know better who become this as well.
