A bumwadda is an ambigious nonsense object that renders anything associated with it, foolish or dumb.

This guy is smoking bumwaddas, maaan. He's a dumbass.

A simple crafted faux cigarette in the 80's made by kids using toilet paper, wrapping pine needles to smoke and look cool. Or like an idiot.
