Breasumè (n) - An informal submission of qualifications and\or aptitude made by a female job applicant that a male employer uses to assess suitability.

A Breasumè submission can be made both voluntarily and involuntarily, though the latter is generally integrated into standard employment policy.

A voluntary submission is generally made in the absence of any real qualifications or common sense.

Employer 1(gay): Hey, that girl was pretty stupid and her CV was terrible

Employer 2 (not gay): yeah but her Breasumè was outstanding
