The annoying black guy who tries to get you to use his aftershave in return for a tip in a nightclub toilet.

They usually chant songs such as:

"No Spray, No Lay"
"No Armani, No Poonani"
"No Splash, No Gash"

They repeatedly hassle you for change, even if all they've done is turned the tap on before you reached the sink, sometimes even attempting to frisk you for any loose change.

They never make any money and simply cause drunks to go loudly repeating their chants in large groups.
