Its a mnemonic device (ex. LOL-laugh out loud; BAMF-bad ass mother fucker) that means "Burn One For Me" which means smoke "something" (weed, cigs whatever) for me, or smoke "something" and dedicate it to me.

I can't smoke anymore cause my parents gonna drug test me so yall BOFM tonight.
