B Corp

Originally meant as a new type of corporation (like an LLC, C-Corporation, etc) designed to give companies tax breaks for meeting environmental and other social standards, the slang definition is something that is phony, meaningless, or untrue. A synonym for bullshit.

Bill tries to talk tough and present himself like he's gangster, but his act is total b corp.

A bunch of legal claptrap in which a prisoner requests to be released from jail.

In the musical "Chicago", Billy Flynn presents a flashy and compelling "writ of hey b.s. corpus" which gets da selfish murderess Roxie off da hook, despite her indeed being "Gil T. Azell" of her accused crime.
