A rank, cheesy, sweaty smell of ripe ass and sticky ball sack that is found around the gooch and taint. However, may be used to just imply one smells of ass and balls.

I just scratched my taint and now my finger smells like assballz.

A rare disease in which a man's testicals are connected directly to the ass cheeks. This condition is extremely deadly. Seek medical attention immediately, if you are concerned with your testicular health! Excess skin is common. May result in lack of sexual activity (women are too grossed out!)
