Arseboy; a boy whose arsehole you frequently visit. You are calling him your sexslave, so to speak. You establish ownership of him. You are his master and that he is not to speak against you. "Arseboy" is also meant to be used as an alternative to the all too flattering (but all too over-used) "assface".
