Aoile 

Acronym for "Attractive Only In Lackluster Environment".
Used to describe women usually working in the manufacturing or construction industry where genuinely attractive girls are often quite rare.
Refers to a women who in the current environment may be deemed an acceptable standard but who would not be considered acceptable when in a normal environment populated with more women.
Often related to older women who are long over the hill but still retain evidencial traces of an attractive youth.
Aoile is a niche market above ugly but below average.

A truly beautiful person. An Ailene encounter is something to remember, a friendship with an Ailene, is something to be treasured for a lifetime. A strong, sweet-hearted person that doesn't like when people let down on their promises. The best friend you could ever attain. Do not try to take advantages of Ailenes because they will become very sad and feel like it is their fault. Remember if you meet one, treat them right, and you will remember your time with them as the best time ever. Aileen is the cutest and most unique girl in the world. She is adorable, beautiful, funny, sweet, amazing, smart, talented, independent, down-to-earth, caring...You get the idea. Aileen’s are real risk takers and will probably do anything if you told her to. Warning: almost all Aileen’s are Irish so they are self conscious and once you talk bad about her she will SLAM you.
