it's a merge between the two words inflation as in economic inflation the increase in commodity/services prices in a given market , fall of purachasing power yada yada yada this and that, and the word anal (you know what am talking about you horny dirty bastard ) , so when the economy is so bent over fucked in the ass with high prices , we don't call it a hyperinflation at this point we call it a full blown analflation
