AbeNOnomics resulted from the economic policies set out for Japan in 2012 when prime minister Shinzo Abe came into power. Abenomics was slated to increase the nation's money supply, boost government spending, and enact reforms to make the Japanese economy more competitive. AbeNOnomics occurred as Abenomics failed to reduce the public debt, which is still over 230%. Benefits to large businesses have not raised wages enough to spur households to spend.
I'm worse off when I started working in the nineties!
What do you mean, boss?
My salary has stalled. I've got the same pocket money from my wife but the politicians waste our taxes and grow richer!
That's AbeNOnomics, boss! Shouldn't have voted LDP every time!
