4chanitis 

A disease which completely takes over the lives of the victims by making them lurk on 4chan for hours on end everyday. It is usually contracted once an otherwise intelligent and responsible human being is called a newfag too many times, gets butthurt and then decides to look up 4chan lingo on urban dictionary in an effort to try and make himself look like an oldfag on the message boards. Sadly, they are usually found out, get butthurt again and leave /b/ crying, only to return again tomorrow.

Greg: Have you seen Tom lately? He looks like s**t and he's always muttering about something called /b/.
Jerry: Yeah man, he's got 4chanitis.
Alec: What a newfag.

4chanitus 

4chanitus is a condition most prevalent within males aged from mid-teens to mid-twenties. The infected individuals forget the anonymity that should be associated with visiting 4chan, and so use 4chan lingo on social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter.

In worst case infections the individuals are even prone to using said language in real life.

4chanitus patient: And I just turned to him and was like lolchromies.

Worried friend: Sorry what the fuck?

A "person" who commonly browses and messages on the popular image-based bulletin board "4chan", where people talk about literally anything and everything in the worst way possible. 4chan is known for its obsessive and horrific user base.
