It's the state through alcohol consumption where one feels generally awesome and that nothing can stand in his way. One can still function properly too. No swaying or slurring of words. One's at the pinnacle of excellence and everything is fantastic.

Generally, that happens after about 4 beers, although it varies from person to person, depending on age, sex, and body size.

Anything after that and it's the slow mental decline until you're almosts always incoherent, throwing up is obligatory, and passing out through the consumption of alcohol is generally guarenteed (known to many simply as Drunk )
