Can be used to describe an off the cuff remark that might fly if we knew each other better or in a different situation, but now you're sus and a complete baka for slipping like that.
"Yo bro I'm trying find some toes to suck tonight" is fine between good friends as a joke or a meme, or between two people who really want to find toes to suck. But if someone who doesn't know you that great says it kind of sussy baka.

I wouldn't recommend using the word unless you're in Japan, because if you use it in an english speaking state people will call you a "Pick me boy/girl/person" (Gotta respect the pronouns)
