ORIGIN:

When "skeet shooting" with a real rifle, one uses clay pigeons. Since another term for a hoe, skank, hood rat, or chickenhead is a pigeon, in the same manner as firing ballistics at a clay pigeon, one may skeet on a "hood" pigeon.

The term has evolved to be used more loosely, as in ejaculating on anything, not just a pigeon, but its origin lies in riflery and marksmanship.

The term may also be used as a noun, refferring to the ejaculate itself:
