Along the lines of "broad". Not as derogatory as "bitch", but not as common or respectful as "woman/lady".

Doing dumb silly things with technology, just your average everyday dumbassity and stupidity. It can also be technology being silly (viceversa).

Person 1: *Long sigh* The screen is taking forever to load. Been here 10 minutes. Tried to reload it over and over again, close the page, checked the wifi, refreshed the page, restart the computer and even tried to shut off the computer by plugging it off.
