Dirty Nugget

After nuggeting a bag by turning it inside out, but before you zip it up, you take a poopy in it. Then you complete the nugget by zipping up the bag. A variation of this would be to take the crap in a ziplock bag and then insert it into the bag. You may also urinate on the outside of a completely nuggeted bag.

I dirty nuggeted Marc and threw it in the woods.

A chutney nugget is when a homosexual gentleman inserts an object such as a golf ball up another man's bottom.

If golf balls are unavailable then other objects may be used for a chutney nugget. Objects commonly used are grapefruit and pineapples.
