Someone who announces on Facebook that they just snoozed someone and warns everyone else that they will be snoozed too, if they post content to which the bully objects.

Snoozing is a Facebook option that allows the user to stop seeing the posts of a friend for thirty days.
He was a total snooze bully, proudly warning everyone in the group that they would be snoozed too if they agreed with Jane's Facebook post.
