relating to the work done or the people working in a nonskilled or nonprofessional environment, which can be easily acquired by immigrants with no education. The word insinuates micro-aggression, however, when you are confronted by people who ask what exactly are black jobs, you just answer 'anybody has a job' to avoid awkwardness.
