To climp up the front or back of a vehicle and run across to the other side before jumping off. Quite pointless, but usually leaves some sort of damage to the owner of the car.

I stepped in a mud puddle so i performed car gymnastics and left a trail on my ex-girlfriends slut-mobile.

Basically a sport in which a child I'd placed on a swing and athletes give it their all to have their child be launched the farthest. Other variations include launching them through hoops of different sizes and colors to gain points, launching them the largest vertical distance, and launching them into the air to collide with other launched children.

Hey have you seen this sport called swingset gymnastics? It's amazing!
