Refers to an event or activity that takes place in both the virtual world and the real world. Term possibly coined by Adam Pasick, a.k.a. Adam Reuters, Reuters' bureau chief in Second Life.

Noun, verb

The resulting product, or the action of mixing together two illegal drugs to be consumed at the same time; e.g. cocaine and mdma, ketamine and cocaine, mdma and ketamine. Usually snorted. And preceeded by chanting 'mix and blend' in a London/ West Indian accent in the faces of people who are not invited to join in, or probably don't want to.

Doing a mix and blend usually results in loss of memory and confused emotions the following day, but these symptoms can be relieved by just not going to bed.

The Duchess: 'Mix and blend! Mix and blend!'

'Let's do a mix and blend'.
