Term coined after a friend with intestinal distress, while travelling in a car back to work after eating at a Jason's Deli restaurant, was pleading for the driver to stop at a Subway restaurant, which was the nearest restroom possibility. The driver was unable to make it to Subway, and as they passed the Subway, the friend in distress was moaning "Ohh Subwayyyy, Subwayyyy!"
