That is because you were visited by the weed fairy! (or you found weed that you put away the night before because you were high and forgot you still had it)

can also be a gnome.

goth fairy 

basically vince noir from series 2 onwards of the mighty boosh.

an excellent mix of bright, surreal eye catching clothing , (electro) while combined with the stereotypical "dark" goth types.

these goth fairies are more into the fashion than deep thinking, but are not posers like some emo kids and goths (not saying all goths are posers, just some who think they're being cool ect, see the poser goths.)

Vince Noir's mirror ball costume combined with his black barnet and eye make up is common example of goth fairy styling. i think it's cool
