Get the Broke Scallywagmug. A young, scouse lad. Typically between the ages of 12 to 18 (though sometimes can be older or younger, as long as they look in this age range). Has the typical, scouse male haircut; quite long, shoulder length (usually slightly messy). They love to say words such as 'La', 'Lid', 'Bevvy' etc. in fact all scouse lingo is a part of their vocabulary. Often seen in groups of the same description. If you are in Liverpool, you are never more than five minutes away from a 'scallywag'. Usually lovely harmless lads that smoke the green.
