When a celebrity - Roger McGuinn (of The Byrds) in particular - calls a twitter stan out for using their name/photo/logo in their layout. Named after 'Ruger McGong', the first to be McGonged by McGuinn on the 7th May 2020.

Example 1: 'aw man I got Ruger McGonged today. I knew I shouldn't have liked Roger's tweet with him as my profile picture'
