Bans an Entire Device from Having Access Usually by Blocking the Specific Components such as the MAC Address, CPU ID, Hard Drive Serial Number, etc.

Hardware Bans are Used to Target Specific People who are Constantly Breaking Rules and Evading Account Bans, Rather than just Banning the Entire IP Address.
