When someone says something, this term is used in agreement, to often over exaggerate that the statement was indeed factual and that it has substance.
John: "Our teacher is an asshole"

Factual Fiction

Information first dismissed, as a Farce or conspiratorial belief, that's held by an opposing party in an attempt to discredit it's validity. After careful consideration and Research backed by overwhelming evidence, the first believed farcity is now proven to be in fact accurate and infact a relevant event, despite any remaining bias beliefs.
The Reporter was criticized for claims published in his article regarding the Pyramids of Egypt. The Scientific community tried to discredit the Reporters findings. Until the Reporter had proven to use accurate Scientific methods, to collect evidence to back his claim for Factual Fiction.
