Where are yewwe

In the blink-182 song I Miss You off of their self-titled album, the beginning part of the vocalist Tom Delonge's verse goes like "Where are you / And I'm so sorry" but due to Tom's overly whiny vocals, it sounds more like "Where are yewwe"

"Why does it sound like 'Where are yewwe" when we listen to I Miss You?"
