Modern usage:
Mostly adapts to a social situation, usually a conversation, in which multiple people inept at understanding sarcastic remarks or the true meaning behind feigned incomprehension (in continuous form: "trolling") take part without realizing they're being fooled for a longer period of time, no matter how ridiculous the foolers' comments may become.

«Damn. Jenny totally didn't realize we were trolling her for hours last night in a Facebook discussion. I had a veritable sargasm.»

Sargasm

A sarcastic orgasm used to mock the partner ( or partners ) in either a demeaning , sexualized, or sexualized-demeaning manner. A sargasm often results in no sexual pleasure for one of the partners, but can be used in a role-playing situation as an attempt to belittle the other partner.
